The head of state noted that Kuzmenko would have turned 52 on Monday. “He was so sincere and open, so native for us that on that terrible day each of us felt that he had lost a close person. Since the beginning of the war, Andriy has regularly traveled to the east and helped our defenders. Kuzma himself was a real defender of Ukraine. He healed the soul with a song, he inspired the struggle with a word. Every Ukrainian has a good memory associated with Kuzma’s songs. He left a mark in everyone’s heart, ” Zelensky wrote.
As reported, leader of the Skryabin group Kuzmenko died on February 2, 2015, in an accident in Dnipropetrovsk region. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko awarded him the Order of Merit of the first degree (posthumously).
