Kyiv is drawing up a “powerful” package of new restrictive measures against people who “work for aggression,” Ukrainian President Volodymy Zelensky said in his nightly address on April 7.
He didn’t provide much details about the new set of sanctions.

Ukraine’s second war-time president also said he also met with the high military command on April 7.
“The main focus is on the battles for Avdiyivka and Bakhmut, for the Luhansk region [and] for each of those directions where the enemy is trying to break the defense of the whole of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said.
