Raymond J. Lesniak

Raymond J. Lesniak is a former New Jersey Senator and founder of The Lesniak Institute at Kean University, New Jersey. He received a Human Rights Award from Le Musée de Caen, the D-Day-Human Rights Museum, Normandy, France.
