Christine Karelska is an alumna of the College of Europe, the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw and the Estonian School of Diplomacy, as part of the fellowship at the Odesa Regional State Administration, Department of International Cooperation and Protocol, with the support of Democracy Reporting International.
